CUT have successfully completed cuts of two Amethyst jackets located in the southern North sea. We utilised our 10″, 18″, 36″, 72″ and 74″ diamond wire cutting machines to cut jacket legs, risers, J-tubes.

40 successful cuts completed by our experienced operatives at the Singapore Harbour, utilising our 30” DWCM to cut 24.5” OD piles. CUT have a base in Singapore and can mobilise our equipment and personnel from there.

CUT have successfully completed all cuts for the Valhall 2/4G jacket decommissioning campaign. This 3rd offshore campaign involved cutting of jacket legs and piles, utilising our 50”, 64” and 80” DWCMs. A thorough cutting analysis, planning and preparations were carried out prior to mobilisation, resulting in safe and efficient cutting operations.

For the first campaign, CUT completed 14 subsea cuts, utilising our 30”, 64” and 74” XL DWCM. These cuts were performed on 54” skirt piles, main piles, legs & piles, and caissons. CUT used our 120” extended DWCM to cut a 3080mm diameter, 40mm WT casing, with internal riser (1.42m diameter and 22mm WT) and a soil pipe (220mm diameter, 12.7mm WT). The cut was completed in 9 hours, faster than expected. The image shown is of the riser.

Another successful major recovery project in Southeast Asia region. CUT completed a large number of cuts using our 10”, 18”, 40” and 50” DWCM in support of the Naga 7 Jack-up recovery project offshore Malaysia. We mobilised the equipment and personnel from Singapore.

CUT supplied a 120″ DWCM as a contingency in case of premature pile refusal during driving/drilling, offshore Congo. The pile targets were 65KSI steel piles, 104″ OD & 100″ ID in water depths of 15M to 30M.
